Recruit 12 is looking for a Customer Services Apprentice (Level 2)

Recruit 12 is a growing recruitment business specialising in engineering and manufacturing recruitment across a wide spectrum of industry sectors. Recent changes to the way in which we deliver our recruitment service means that we are in a position to offer an Apprenticeship in Level 2 Customer Services.

You will receive training and hands-on practical experience in the following areas:

  • Providing a high level of customer service and support to both Recruit 12 clients and candidates.
  • Processing paperwork including contracts, invoices, payments, right to work documentation.
  • Maintaining high level CRM system to ensure client and candidate continuity.
  • Supporting Recruitment consultants and marketing teams to enable a high service level agreement to our clients.

In addition to learning the full scope of works involved in a customer service role, you will also undertake additional off site training culminating in an End Point Assessment.

This role requires a high level of good communication skills, the ability to work both as a team and individually and have an understanding of the importance of sensitive client/candidate relationships.

Not only will the right candidate gain a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service, there is the opportunity to progress with Recruit 12 through to the role of Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis.
