    The Challenge:

    The rapid growth of Dana Corporation meant that finding highly skilled and experienced employees that could hit the ground running was essential. Dana had three recruitment companies on their existing PSL, who were failing to deliver the calibre or quantity of candidates Dana needed.

    Dana needed to work with a knowledgeable recruitment company that had the experience in filling a wide range of business-critical roles, in the UK, Europe and the US.
