Currently looking for a Electrical, Instrument & Control Engineer for a client of mine based in the south-east of England.
My client is a market leader in the gas industry, specialising in turnkey projects.
The Electrical, Instrument & Control Engineer will be someone who holds good professional experience, at least 2-3+ years up to senior level.
Role will involve –
– Selecting the right electrical and control equipment for specific projects.
– Crafting detailed electrical and PLC control systems.
– Engaging in HAZOP/LOPA studies and risk assessments.
– Overseeing the specification, approval, and procurement processes.
– Leading Factory and Site Acceptance Tests.
– Supervising site surveys, audits, and the installation process.
Skills required –
– A solid track record in the design and management of Electrical and Instrumentation systems.
– Experience in HAZOP/LOPA and risk assessment.
– Familiarity with the procurement and installation processes.
This role will be 75% home office based and 25% site based for commissioning products.
