Our highly esteemed client is currently seeking a highly motivated Transition Manager to spearhead the exciting transformation of their Heysham Port facility. This is your chance to lead the charge in positioning us as a key player in the East Irish Sea’s integrated energy landscape, supporting both oil & gas and the burgeoning offshore wind industry.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Become the mastermind behind their Heysham Port operations, overseeing safety, profitability, and growth.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, implementing innovative strategies to take them to the next level.
- Leverage your expertise in shore base logistics to provide exceptional service to their offshore energy clients.
- Flex your business development muscles, crafting winning bids and securing new partnerships.
- Embrace change and lead your team through a period of exciting transformation.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record in operations management.
- Has a deep understanding of shore base logistics for the offshore energy sector.
- Has some business development, from bid writing to securing profitable partnerships.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and thrives on running a tight ship (financially speaking).
- Is a champion for safety and a skilled leader who inspires and motivates their team.
